Scott worked at the Arkansas Central Mortuary, according to an indictment opened Friday in federal court in Little Rock, Arkansas.
In her role, Scott was tasked with transporting, cremating, and embalming the remains.
The funeral home was where the University of Arkansas Medical Services would send the remains of corpses after students had examined them.
In October 2021, a woman allegedly approached Pauley and offered to sell the medical school body.
She reportedly told the man that she needed to be cremated and return the remains to the morgue where she worked.
After the initial message, the two allegedly conspired back and forth for nine months.
According to the indictment, Scott sold Pauly’s fetus, brain, heart, lungs, genitalia, large pieces of skin and other body parts.
At one point, Scott allegedly sold the remains of an unborn child to Paulie.
