Star Dolphins wideout Tyreek Hill has reached a settlement with a man involved in an incident at a Miami Beach marina.

According to a Miami-Dade police report seen by South Florida Sun Sentinelthe league’s highest-paid receiver, instructed his employees to pay $200 to an employee who allegedly punched him in the “back of the head and neck” in June.

“The parties to the Tyreek Hill case at Haulover Marina on June 18, 2023 have resolved their differences,” a joint statement from both sides’ attorneys said via ESPN.

According to the Sentinel report, Hill was “furious and attempted to board the boat to cause bodily harm, but was stopped by unknown associates.”

The Sentinel reported that Mr. Hill asked the party member to give him $200, but the alleged victim refused. Mr. Hill was reported to have departed shortly thereafter.

Surveillance footage of the incident “corroborated the testimony of the boat’s captain and employee,” the police report said. However, Hill was not charged.

The Dolphins have released a statement following news of the incident that surfaced last month.

“We are aware of the situation and have been in contact with Tyreek, his representatives and the NFL. No further comment at this time.”
