There are minimal protrusions that spoil the clean lines, and there are only a few ports on the back of the body. It has ports for HDMI and USB, a power and audio jack, and a power button.

There are no obtrusive holes or switches on the sides and top that can make it look bad. The top of the projector is transparent, and the bottom has three rubber legs and a socket for a tripod screw.

The XGIMI Elfin is an 800 ANSI lumen mini projector with two 3W Harman Kardon speakers and intelligent features built into the product. Compact 192.1 x 194.19 x 48.31 mm, it weighs 900 g and operates at noise levels of less than 30 dB. You can hardly hear the sound of the cooling fan.

Inside the XGIMI Elfin mini projector, some cool features on other projectors have plagued me in the past. Manually fixing the keystones makes me crazy. Every time you set up your projector, you need to play with the keystone ring to project the desired image shape onto the wall.

The Elfin mini projector has automatic keystone correction for both vertical and horizontal parameters up to 45 degrees, as well as autofocus. When you move XGIMI Elfin, the focus will be adjusted automatically.

Its LED lamp has been used for more than 30,000 hours, and its highlight transmission coating lens displays bright and clear images even in fairly strong sunlight.

The Elfin mini projector runs Android TV 10.0. Press the Home key and Return key at the same time to pair the projector with the remote control. The power button on the remote control will blink and pairing will occur when you hear a ping from the projector.

The screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 and the slow ratio is 1.2: 1. It automatically recognizes obstacles in the projection area and adjusts the projected image.

The XGIMI Elfin mini projector projects up to 200 inches. This is more than enough for most rooms. It can be mounted in front of or behind the screen, on the ceiling, or on a shelf.

The Elfin mini projector can be packed in a backpack and taken anywhere. Especially if you have a portable power pack like the Bluetti AC50S or Bluetti AC200P.

The Elfin mini projector connects to your home Wi-Fi at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz and is controlled by a remote control and Google Assistant. Elfin uses Chromecast to cast videos from mobile devices. Motion compensation at 60MHz means that the motion is clear and there is almost no blur.

The Elfin mini projector was easy to set up and Google was seamlessly connected to my device. I downloaded 1.05GB system V2.1.68 and checked the latest features and bug fixes of the mini projector.

I like the simple and intuitive Android TV interface. I connected a Vissles wireless keyboard to Elfin to make keyboard search easier, but using the Google Assistant voice commands makes the keyboard almost verbose.

The configuration is easy to configure and the interface is fast and responsive. The sound from the 3W speakers is more than enough, enough for a medium to large living room.

If you want a louder sound, connect Elfin to a larger Bluetooth speaker such as the Tribit StormBox Pro.

Standardized and tested by the American National Standards Institute, 800 ANSI lumens provide good images even in the daytime. If you want to watch a movie in the daytime, you don’t have to darken the room.

My only little thing is that if you move the projector, it will go through its automatic keystone and focus to reposition itself. When I set up the projector and tried to get the best screen size in the room, I found this a bit annoying.

However, when deciding where to put the Elfin mini projector, I found that the keystone and focus remained perfect while using the projector.

In fact, there’s little you don’t like about the XGIMI Elfin mini projector. Smooth, smooth, minimalist, crisp and clean device lines will please those who like and enjoy automated features.

For $ 649, this projector is worth the investment for your home entertainment setup.
