SHANGHAI (Reuters) – Chinese chipmaker Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation said its Shanghai plants were operating normally, state-run China Securities Journal reported on Monday.

The city of Shanghai is undergoing a two-stage closure for nine days as the number of local asymptomatic COVID-19 cases increases.
