San Antonio Police said a tow truck driver shot the man several times on Wednesday afternoon after a conflict outside his home on the southwestern side of the city, while he was in the process of regaining his car.

The man suffered multiple wounds on his torso and was transferred to the Brook Army Medical Center in danger. According to police, he is expected to face charges of assault with deadly weapons.
Police said the tow truck driver had a license to carry weapons and was working with police officers.
Investigation is ongoing.
