The big favorites in the men’s draw have third-round matches on matchday 6 of the French Open.
Novak Djokovic continues his title defense on the Philippe Chatrier track against Slovenian Aljaz Bedene.
Fifth seed Rafael Nadal faces Bands van de Zandschulp. Nadal is 8-0 against the Dutchman.
In the night game on the center court, sixth seed Carlos Alcaraz plays against Sebastian Korda in what could be a tricky showdown for the 19-year-old Spaniard.
Alcaraz’s only defeat in 19 games on clay this season was against Korda. The 21-year-old American beat Alcaraz last month in Monte Carlo.
In the women’s draw, the youngest player left is Coco Gauff, 18, and will face the eldest in Kaia Kanepi, 36.
US Open runner-up Leylah Fernandez faces Swiss Olympic gold medalist Belinda Bencic.
