Miami (AP)-Police charged two suspects with attempted murder in a shooting that injured them on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, but suspects were killed more in Miami over the Memorial Day weekend. And remained elusive in the other two attacks that injured.

Police received a 119 call to report a shooting incident at a popular Art Deco hotel or restaurant shortly after 11:30 pm on Monday. Police officers found one struck on the shoulder and the other on the leg. Two were taken to the Jackson Memorial Hospital, one remained in danger and the other was treated and released.

Grammy-nominated rapper DaBaby was one of many detained for interrogation in an Ocean Drive shooting before police released him, said Miami Beach police spokesman Ernest. Rodriguez said. DaBaby (real name Jonathan Kirk) was one of 2020’s biggest hits on “Rockstar” and was nominated for a Grammy Award for that year’s record. The man who answered the record company’s phone answered “no comment.”

The shootings ended the violent weekend of Memorial Day in the Miami area. Early Sunday morning, three masked suspects fired guns outside a banquet hall near Hialeah. Died and 21 were injured. Three of them were hospitalized in critical condition. A drive-by shooting took place outside the Winwood district venue on Friday night, killing one and injuring six.
