For a while he slept on the couch before opting to live in his car so he could rent out the entire apartment for $5,000 a month.

Jabil endured this for a month and amassed enough savings to rent two rooms.

Seeing what was possible convinced him to pursue a career in real estate leasing and has since turned Nightfall Group into a multi-million dollar business.
