“We also have great weather, food, and everything we need on our doorstep. But I’m sure the anonymity is a big draw.”

However, he struggled to make ends meet and started renting his own room on Airbnb to survive while doing an internship at a financial firm.

For a while he slept on the couch before opting to live in his car so he could rent out the entire apartment for $5,000 a month.

Jabil endured this for a month and amassed enough savings to rent two rooms.

Seeing what was possible convinced him to pursue a career in real estate leasing and has since turned Nightfall Group into a multi-million dollar business.
