Lawyers for Pham and Healy announced the civil settlement at a press conference on Friday.
“I am happy that I was able to live safely in my home without racial harassment,” Pham said, according to KING-TV. “We think Jan Myers will follow the deal and move fast.”
“The hardest part was that I saw my wife and my family, their physical health and their lives being threatened by this man,” said Healy, according to KIRO.
