Colorado players say jewelry stolen from Rose Bowl locker room

Several CU football players said jewelry was taken from their lockers during a game against UCLA.

PASADENA, Calif. — University of Colorado football players reported that jewelry was stolen from their locker room at UCLA on Saturday.

After the Buffaloes lost to the UCLA Bruins at the Rose Bowl, multiple players said personal jewelry left in their locker room had disappeared.

Colorado head coach Deion Sanders didn’t address the subject during his postgame press conference.

Well Off Media, operated by Deion Sanders Jr., posted a video of Colorado players outside the locker room after the game talking about the incident.

Pasadena Police told NBC News that the department is investigating.

After a bye week, the Buffs returned to action Saturday at the Rose Bowl. Colorado lost to UCLA, 28-16 to fall to 4-4 for the season.

The Buffaloes next play Saturday, Nov. 4, against Oregon State in Boulder. The game will kickoff at 8 p.m. MT and will be televised nationally on ESPN.
