The $ 160 million mansion in Beverly Hills, California heads to the auction block, making it the most expensive auction list to date.

The 9-acre property, called Villa Florence, will be sold to the highest bidders without reservation at a concierge auction next month. Its billionaire owner, Stephen Udvar Hazy, first listed the property for $ 165 million in 2018.

“We look forward to finding an owner as unique as this property on the day of the auction,” Udvar-Hazy said in a statement.

This property is the largest in North Beverly Park, an exclusive gate community inhabited by Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Sylvester Stalone, Rod Stewart and Kimorary Simmons. The property has over 20,000 square feet of living space with 3 guest residences, 13 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and 8 half baths.

The pool is one of the highlights of Villa Firenze’s grounds.

Built over five years by architect William Habrinsky, the house has marble and stone floors, vaulted doorways and multiple fireplaces.

On-site facilities include a swimming pool, pool house, tennis courts and walking trails.

Udvar Hazy, who moved from Hungary to New York at an early age, is considered one of the founders of the aircraft leasing industry. He founded International Lease Finance and sold it to insurance company American International Group in 1990 for $ 1.3 billion. He is the Executive Chairman of Air Lease Corporation. Forbes estimates his net wealth at $ 4 billion.
