Tesla (TSLA) stock hits record high

Tesla’s share price hit a record high on Friday, surpassing $ 900 per share almost two days after the company reported record earnings and earnings in the third quarter.

This is the first move since January, when the company set a daytime record.

Tesla’s strong performance is due to a 30.5% improvement in gross profit in the automotive business, an overall 26.6% improvement. Shares fell below 2% in after-hours trading on Wednesday.

Tesla’s market capitalization was about $ 900 billion just before 11:00 EST.
