The number of girls playing sports in high school has increased dramatically, with women’s participation in college sports jumping to over 40 percent. However, many people do not get enough calories and protein. This can mean poor performance, fractures and other serious problems. Dr. Alexis Rubin, Chief Medical Officer and Orthopedic Surgeon of the United States Tennis Association, will attend “CBS This Morning” to discuss women’s health risks.
