Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick says there’s ‘a little bit of room for change’ on default dates

As the U.S. approaches its June 1 default date, Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (Pennsylvania Republican) and Josh Gottheimer (Democratic New Jersey) join “Face the Nation” on June 6. “The math tells us there’s a little bit of potential,” Fitzpatrick said as the March 1 default date approached. However, Gottheimer said June 1 is a “must presume” to be the full default date.
