Manu Kumar Jain tweeted that the Redmi Note 10 series will feature a new 50mm focal length 5MP telephoto macro shooter for tighter shots. Most other smartphones in this segment opt for 2MP macro cameras with no magnification, so Redmi can stay ahead in this regard. The closest rival, at least in terms of resolution, is the Samsung Galaxy M31.
In another tweet, a spokesperson also confirmed that the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max comes with a 108MP primary camera. This makes it the cheapest phone in India. It may implement the Samsung ISOCELL HM2 image sensor, which is also found on the Xiaomi Mi 10i.

In addition to these, there are also ultra-wide-angle lenses and depth sensors, but there are some differences between the models.
The Redmi Note 10, Note 10 Pro and Note 10 Pro Max will be announced on March 4th this week and will make their global debut in India. Other features include a 120Hz AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 732G chipset, a large battery with 33W fast charging, an improved tactile sensation, and a design similar to the recently released Redmi K40 in China.
Its biggest competitor is the Realme 8 series, which also features a 108MP quad camera setup, fast charging and other competitive specifications. The release date for Realme 8 India hasn’t been announced yet, but it should be announced in the coming weeks.
