Plano, Texas — Two days after a housing blast struck the West Plano area, residents were hit by even more shocking news. Investigators said the explosion could have been intentional.

The city of Plano issued a statement Wednesday night. Representatives of both the Plano Fire Department and the Plano Police Department said no other information was released at this time.
