Pest droppings, broken urinals lead to low scores at Westside Mexican restaurants

San Antonio – A Mexican restaurant on the west side of the city was ordered to be re-examined in August after pest droppings were found in the storage area.

Tony’s Tacos To Go, located at 1400 blocks on Castroville Road, scored 76 and was also quoted for a urinal failure.

The restaurant staff also used a trash bag to cover the dough baking sheet, but the beef stored in the walk-in cooler was not covered.
