Paul Pelosi’s glass eyes are seen in his mugshot after a month of DUI arrest

It’s a photo they tried to hide, but DailyMail.com got a picture of Paul Pelosi’s embarrassed face when he was arrested last month on charges of DUI.

Pelosi, 82, was arrested by California Highway Patrol agents in Oakville, California on May 28 after a stop sign exploded in his 2021 Porsche and hit a Jeep.

The photo shows Pelosi in a neat brown suit and a collared shirt, which was taken shortly after the nightly incident.

Pelosi, who had a blood alcohol level of 0.08% due to what happened on August 3, has to go to court.

Napa County DA Allison Haley said last week that she has not yet decided whether to file charges, and told Fox News that she will be prosecuted in that trial if she files charges.

Pelosi got off the highway and was caught by another driver heading north in a 2014 Jeep.

Pelosi drove off the freeway and was hit by another driver, Jesus V. Lopez, heading north in a 2014 Jeep.

In a statement, he said: “The case is currently being investigated to determine the charges against Mr Pelosi.

The jeep was driven by 48-year-old Jesus Lopez (pictured). Although two men were not seriously injured, CHP sources told DailyMail.com that the two cars were removed when the car broke down.

“This is a standard protocol for DUI cases referred to by a Napa County law enforcement agency.”

He added: “No decision has been made at the moment. Any speculation to the contrary is correct.

“When the Napa County District Attorney decides to file, the media and the public will be notified.”

Entrepreneur Pelosi, who is married to speaker Nancy Pelosi, also 82, was at a dinner party with friends before the accident and was returning to the couple’s vineyard near St. Helena.

At the time of the incident, he was trying to cross State Road 29 – a busy highway that connects Napa and Calistoga – when Jesus Lopez crashed into a 2014 48-year-old J eep.

DailyMail.com photos show how the two vehicles stopped at the intersection of Walnut Lane and S-29, just outside the general store in Oakville.

The damage caused by the accident was still visible within 48 hours of the accident, including a demolished parking sign and injuries to the fence surrounding a vineyard.

The new development comes after DailyMail.com reported that Pelosi has a history of driving incidents and was involved in a shooting that killed his brother David when he was 16 years old.

According to a 1957 San Francisco Examiner report, Pelosi, then a high school sophomore, was picked up at the home by a 19-year-old David’s girlfriend at 12:30 p.m., and the brothers decided to “walk for joy.”

The fatal crash happened just after 2:40 a.m. near the Crystal Springs Dam outside St. Matthew’s, leaving David trapped under his car, drowning in the straps around his neck.

Although a coroner’s jury later dismissed the murder charges against Pelosi, a patrol quoted in the news today said that David had told his brother to slow down a few seconds before the accident.

He said, “This is a bad stretch, better slow down,” as they approached a narrow curve near the Crystal Springs Dam on Skyline Highway, now California’s 35th highway.

Paul told skipper Thomas Ganley that he tried to slow down by changing gears in the stick-changing car, but lost control.

“The car crossed the road, backed down a small embankment, climbed another 20 feet, turned around and jumped at the same time and ended up on its shoulders with two young men under it,” the Examiner reported.

The new development was reported by DailyMail.com when Pelosi killed his brother David when he was 16 years old. Pelosi's accident became news at the time. The San Francisco Examiner reported on page 6 of the February 23, 1957 edition that David had warned Paul to slow down.

David, a first-year student at St. Matthew’s College, died on arrival at the hospital.

The newspaper reported that David was probably drowned by a key he was wearing to support the fractured neck he suffered when he plunged into the shallow waters of Lake Tahoe.

The San Mateo Times reported that Ganley and another Jack Rakestraw patrol said David’s key was “pressed tightly against his neck.”

“They raised the car to relieve the pressure, but the young man was apparently dead,” the Times reported.

Pelosi broke the blow in the accident and was trapped under the car for a while. He managed to free himself and ask for help.

Pelosi has recently been mentioned twice, twice in 2011, once for putting a red light and once for turning over a center line while driving.

The fatal accident happened six years before the marriage of former Baltimore Mayor Paul Nancy D’Alesandro.

She took her last name and was elected to Congress in 1987 and then became the first female Speaker of the House of Representatives.
