(Reuters) – Yamaha’s Fabio Quartararo was the first Frenchman to win the MotoGP World Championship after finishing fourth at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix on Sunday.
Paul Sitter Bagnaia led Ducati’s home race when he crashed with five laps remaining, giving Honda Marc Marquez a race victory and world title to Quartararo, who moved up in the remaining two races.
