“We are pleased to announce that actor Thomas Edward Sizemore, 61, passed away peacefully today at St Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank,” his agent Charles Lago said in a statement. “His brother Paul and his twin boys, Jaden and Jaguar, were by his side.”
