Johnny Depp “suffers from erectile dysfunction,” Amber Heard’s lawyers say

Johnny Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction after he allegedly sexually assaulted Amber Heard with a bottle of liquor, his lawyers have alleged in sealed documents.

“Although Mr. Depp does not wish to disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, this condition is clearly relevant to the sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of the bottle to rape Amber Heard,” the March 28 filing states.

Heard’s lawyers say it is Depp’s alleged medical condition that led to his violent behavior towards his ex-wife.

The Aquaman cast’s legal team says Depp’s medical condition makes him more likely to become “angry or agitated” and lead to anger and aggression.

Heard said that despite taking medication for erectile dysfunction, the poor performance only made him angry, and in one instance, Heard “took it off me.”

“I called the angry sex that Johnny couldn’t quite do,” she complained. “He threw me on the bed, he did this several times, and forced himself on me in anger.”

The actress said Depp would spend a lot of time with his drinking buddies, including his father David Heard and shock rocker Marilyn Manson, and would come home to “even more sexual and verbal abuse”.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard faced a six-week trial after the actress claimed in a 2018 newspaper opinion piece that her ex-husband abused her.

The actress said Depp would spend a lot of time with his drinking buddies, including both his father David Heard and shock rocker Marilyn Manson, and would come home to “even more sexual and verbal abuse”.

Heard also alleged that she supported herself financially the entire time she and Depp were dating, despite Depp saying “I’ll take care of you.”

“Johnny wanted to own me completely, he would fight me on every job,” she said. “The way he talked about working actors was contemptible. Being an actor was a sin for him, it was equivalent to being an aw***e.

Heard and Depp went to court in April for a six-week trial in Virginia to discuss allegations of abuse during their relationship. The couple married in 2015, but separated just over a year later before officially divorcing in 2017.

Heard said Depp had been abusive since 2013 when he claims he was sexually assaulted by Pirates of the Caribbean.

Heard took the stand in May to testify that her ex-husband raped her with a liquor bottle and threatened to “cut” her face in 2015, according to Page Six.

“I didn’t know if the bottle inside was broken,” she said, breathing hard as she fought back tears. “I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t feel anything.’

Court documents show the alleged attack happened at the same time Depp was suffering from a cut finger, which Heard claims he threw a bottle of vodka while in Australia.

Documents discovered on August 1 revealed that Heard’s sister told her boss that the Aquaman actor cut Depp’s finger when he threw a bottle of vodka at her.

Jennifer Howell, Whitney Henriquez Heard’s sister’s former friend and boss, issued a statement talking about the finger incident.

He recalls Amber’s sister screaming in the office to “cut off her damn finger” while the pair were in Australia while Depp was filming Pirates of the Caribbean.

Despite the allegations made by the Aquaman actor, Depp denied his ex-wife’s sexual assault allegations throughout a defamation trial that ended in June with a judge ruling in Depp’s favor.

Heard was ordered to pay her ex-husband $10.35 million in June after a jury found Depp defamed in a 2018 newspaper opinion piece.

Speaking to Depp’s lawyer Camille Vasquez, Howell said, “I was sitting where I’m sitting right now, because I’m sitting at my office desk. So I was sitting right here at my computer, working, in my field, answering, doing whatever I was doing.

“And right there, there were two black and white chairs with a table in between at that time. Whitney was sitting on one of the black and white chairs.

“A door also comes out of there, and he shouted: “Now he’s done it.” He’s cut off God’s damned finger,” and he made this huge claim. And I pushed back my chair. I said, ‘What?’

‘And he said: ‘He cut his finger. He cut his finger.” Then he went out the door and said, “I have to call someone. I have to call someone.’

“And he went out the door and called someone. I don’t know who he called. That’s what he said.”

When Henriquez was asked who the “he” and “she” were on stage, Howell replied, “It was Amber and Johnny.

“And apparently, he threw a bottle and cut his finger, that’s what he reported when he came back to the person he was talking to outside.”

Heard denied causing the injury, saying he had hurt himself in a drunken rage.

Depp also told the court that he lied to a doctor about how he had the finger at the time.

Unsealed court documents also showed that Heard walked away from Depp’s divorce settlement that could have given her tens of millions of dollars.

Heard could have sought half of Depp’s $33 million while filming the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, as the couple was still married. However, documents obtained by the Daily Beast show that Heard ignored the drivers of her legal team to avoid suing Depp for the maximum amount.

Heard will receive $2 million in a countersuit from Depp, and will have just over $8 million to pay.

Heard was ordered to pay Depp $8.3 million after pleading guilty to defamation, but says she doesn’t have enough money to do so.

The Aquaman actor has filed an appeal on July 21 to overturn the judge’s ruling.
