John Cena grants 650 wishes with Make-A-Wish

Actor and fighter John Cena has been making wishes come true Ask for a wish foundation since 2004, according to the organization.

The goal of the Make-A-Wish Foundation is to empower children to fight for their lives and not lose hope when faced with life-threatening illnesses.

For children diagnosed with serious illness, a wish may be what a child needs to fight harder.

“I leave everything, if I can offer a fantastic experience, I will be the first to do my part,” Cena told E Wrestling.

This year Cena fulfilled more than 650 wishes, more than any other celebrity in history, according to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
