Ja Rule Clarified his stance about having Donald TrumpBanned from some social media platforms, in his app Iconn. After receiving backlash against welcoming the former president in the app, the rapper was forced to explain himself about his previous remarks on this issue.

In the comments section of a post about an interview with Hollywood Unlocked’s TMZ, he accused “Is WTF wrong with YALL? I can’t stop anyone from being in my app.” He added, “It’s discrimination … does Jesus really have to explain this?”

He mentioned an app designed as a celebrity booking app, “I hate Trump, but I don’t like them, so I can’t stop ppl from being on my platform .. It’s discrimination, “he continued yelling. “I’ll be sued … there’s a lot of love, and I don’t want to trump the icon and he doesn’t even have to use it. He’s rich.”

“ICONN is for content creators to make money, tip, charge for live performances, book private live performances, etc.,” he continued.

Prior to this, Ja revealed that Trump was welcomed at Iconn under one condition. “It’s free for everyone,” Ja said. “But I think he had to go if he started crazy things like ruining his base and trying to get the Proud Boys on the icon.

Twitter banned POTUS from the platform after being accused of inciting a riot on January 6. “After scrutinizing recent tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around it, we permanently suspended the account because of the risk of further incitement,” he said. TwitterSafety announced two days after the violent Capitol Hill riots by Trump supporters. “In the context of this week’s horrific event, we revealed on Wednesday that an additional breach of Twitter rules could lead to just this sequence of actions.”
