It’s hard to choose just one, but helping companies adapt, overcome, and succeed during a pandemic has been a huge achievement in the last 12 months.

I am very proud to work with NHS24 to help NHS24 expand rapidly to address the 600% increase in demand for services when the pandemic is declared. Our team worked incredibly hard to offload the overloaded team and achieved a proof of concept in just 24 hours. It went live a few weeks later and created a more resilient and responsive service for the NHS24.

Together with NHS24, Ask Ave and Microsoft are a true testament to what we can achieve when we are together and use intelligent technology forever.

CTG: What are you working on this year?

The partnership with Ensono is a crucial moment for Amido. Together, we will be able to provide a complete stack from technology strategy conception to complex engineering and managed services.

We take great pride in seeing the amide grow and take the next big step towards realizing its great potential. It’s the excitement of the endless possibilities that exist in everyone who has made our business as it is today.

We focus primarily on retailers, housing unions, and government sectors to realize more value from their digital strategies, remove obstacles to modernization, and accelerate overall growth, efficiency, and innovation.
