CTG: What is the most proud company’s performance in the last 12 months?
It’s hard to choose just one, but helping companies adapt, overcome, and succeed during a pandemic has been a huge achievement in the last 12 months.
I am very proud to work with NHS24 to help NHS24 expand rapidly to address the 600% increase in demand for services when the pandemic is declared. Our team worked incredibly hard to offload the overloaded team and achieved a proof of concept in just 24 hours. It went live a few weeks later and created a more resilient and responsive service for the NHS24.
Together with NHS24, Ask Ave and Microsoft are a true testament to what we can achieve when we are together and use intelligent technology forever.
