United Nations (AP) — Prince Harry of the United Kingdom and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex met with top UN executives on Saturday during the world’s largest rally this year.
The royal family came to the United Nations Headquarters and spoke with Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed. All three were scheduled to perform at the Global Citizen Citizen Concert in Central Park, New York late Saturday.
“It was a nice meeting,” Megan said when the couple left UN headquarters.
The UN praises Mohammed’s efforts to promote vaccine fairness globally and welcomes the priorities shared by them and the UN, such as climate, women’s economic empowerment, youth involvement and mental health. He said he did.
