Florida woman accused of swimming naked in homeowner’s pool

A Florida woman was arrested Monday after authorities said she was found swimming naked in a random homeowner’s pool.

The man in the dwelling told Charlotte County Sheriff’s agent that he was wrong to go through something when he found clothes scattered on his balcony. According to police, he found a naked stranger in the pool. Police have identified the alleged skinny dipper as Heather A. Kennedy, 42.

Responding lawmakers allege that Kennedy was confrontational and resisted the arrest. She was taken to Charlotte County Jail, where she refused to say her name, they said. They said she was able to identify her through a previous prison reservation photo.
