Bill to ban gender-affirming care for young people hears again on Texas House floor, delays after protest

The bill was scheduled to be voted on Monday, but protests and a move in parliament changed plans.

As the debate on Senate Bill 14 began, Rep. Mary Gonzalez (D-El Paso) introduced the agenda as a procedural move to block the bill.
