East Rutherford, NJ – New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones will not face the Miami Dolphins on Sunday due to a neck injury.
Director Joe Judge excluded Jones on Friday after the team’s medical personnel told him that his third-year quarterback hadn’t been cleared for contact.
Veteran Mike Glennon starts for the Giants (4-7). He exchanged confused Jones for half against Dallas on October 10th. Jake Fromm, who has been approved by the Giants for the Buffalo Bills practice team, backs up Glenon.
Jones, who started all the games this season, upheld what he said last Sunday when he was tense against the Philadelphia Eagles. The sixth draft topic overall in 2019 was held exclusively on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
