CJ Stroud’s four TDs help Ohio beat Minnesota

Ohio State University Quarterback CJ Stroud performed big-time to help The Birth win his first victory of the 2021 season in 45-31, Minnesota.

Stroud started with a big shake in the first half. He couldn’t throw his first college touchdown pass until the second quarter, when he and Chris Olave scored 38 yards. It was the push that Stroud and The Birth needed to stay in the game and actually push beyond Minnesota.

“When you’re a freshman quarterback, you’ve never thrown a college pass, you know you have to get on the rhythm. He did, and I I really thought that an older man helped him with the attack. “

The Ohio State University defense caused havoc in Minnesota in the second half. Haskel Garrett recovered Tanner Morgan’s fumble and ran it into the end zone for a score of 32 yards.

Morgan and Minnesota tried to stay in the game for as long as possible. Mohammed Ibrahim’s injury and fall at the beginning of the third quarter did not help. He finished in 163 rushyards with 30 carries and 2 touchdowns, but didn’t hurt him in the backfield in the long run.

This is the first match between Ohio State University and Minnesota State University since 2018. With the victory of The Birth of the Year, the Golden Gophers’ winning streak has expanded to 12 games. Ohio State University has been defeated by Minnesota only once since 1982.
