Joly meets Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal and travels to the western part of the country to talk about the 200 powerful Canadian training missions that have taken place since 2015.

Jolly, who begins her week-long trip to Europe on Sunday, will visit Brussels to meet NATO Secretary General Jensstrutenberg and European Union Foreign Policy Director Josep Borrell.

She will also go to Paris for a meeting with French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, the statement said.
