Don Jole’s Bike World Garland Texas Murder Investigation

DALLAS — Garland police say they found the body of a suspect who killed a bike shop employee in his home, believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police said SWAT units visited the suspect’s home and found Wesley Don-Johle, 58, who had gone to obtain a felony warrant.

The bike shop employee found dead has been identified as 40-year-old James Owen Kenchero of Mesquite. Don-Johle was an employee at the bike shop where he worked with Kencheloe.

Police said officers responded shortly after 9 a.m. Don Jole’s Bike World, 5513 Broadway Boulevard. The caller, a bicycle shop employee, told the police that he had arrived to open the shop, and although the door was locked, the metal gate inside was open.

Police entered the store and found a dead body inside. The man was identified as another employee.

Garland Police said there were no signs of forced entry. The death is being investigated as a homicide.

Police say detectives are not looking for anyone else involved in the incident.

The ministry said an investigation is ongoing.
