A Nightmare on Elm Street is listed as a $ 3.25 million murderer

The nightmare on Elm Street iconic home is now yours for $ 3,250,000.

The charming three-bedroom home in Los Angeles’ Spaulding Square district is far from the confusing property featured in the 1984 Slasher movie, which was a hit with photos promoting the upgraded home.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Dutch Colonial House, built in 1919, will accept offers until midnight on Halloween.

As you can see in the movie, the wooden windows and the messy garden are long gone. Now, the double-decker property is like a dream.

The cozy home photo shows the property’s spacious kitchen with a modern orange island counter sitting under an array of stylish metal lamps.

The living room is as attractive as a French door, with plenty of natural light and access to the backyard.

As for sleeping arrangements, the photo shows a spacious bedroom with a chic touch of ceiling lights and walnut floors.

A large tub is near the edge of the room, and his and her sinks face a wide mirror on the countertop.

The backyard is equally spectacular, with a well-kept lawn garden surrounding the pool.

Future homeowners will be able to rest in a secluded area thanks to the quaint guesthouse by the pool.

Even Freddy Krueger couldn’t resist returning home with a picture of the house.

Models dressed as iconic murderers can be seen cheerfully at home around the upgraded homes on the list.

“The fa├žade is iconic, but as soon as you pass through the front door, you’re no longer connected to the movie. The interior is a beautiful traditional-style space with a modern twist,” holds the Learka Bosnak property list. Douglas Elliman’s Heather T. Roy told the Los Angeles Times.

Director Lorene Scafaria bought a home for $ 2.1 million in 2013 in search of friends for Hustler and End of the World, but the previous owner bought the home a few years ago and soon after. I remembered the eerie energy.

Angie Hill bought the house for $ 1.15 million in 2008 and spent a year renovating the property.

Initially, the house was much more like a dilapidated and rotten version of Freddie’s dream world than the original sunny suburban house that appeared in the early films.

“It was terrible,” Hill said. “It was the only house on the street that seemed to be beaten ….. the pool seemed untouched for 10 years-it was pitch black.”

“It had the weirdest atmosphere,” Hill said. “You could feel a strange energy. It smelled really oppressive.”

So she burned sage to prepare for bad energy, and then completely dismantled her property.

First, she said she burned sage to get rid of the energy in the house. She then disassembled 90% of the entire house (walls, ceilings, roofs) and replaced them.

She admits that the fictional horror history of the house had a very realistic impact on her.

There were no nightmare villains hanging in the property, but it still scared Hill.

“I was afraid to go to the basement,” she said.
