A man killed in a shooting at a gas station in downtown San Antonio

San Antonio – According to police, a man in his thirties was shot deadly after a quarrel at a gas station in downtown San Antonio.

According to spokeswoman Jennifer Rodriguez, police officers were called to a downtown food store on Elm Street, 500 blocks, around 10 am.

According to Rodriguez, the man was rushed to the hospital but was injured and died before 11:00 am.

According to Rodriguez, the shooter drove around the block and waited for police to arrive. He was cooperating with the police, felt threatened during the quarrel, and claimed to have shot a man for self-defense.

According to Rodriguez, it is unclear if the archer will be arrested.

“At this point, I don’t know if he will be charged with any crime, as this is still an active investigation,” she said.
