Veterinarians shared a tearful way to say goodbye to pets “going to heaven.”
Experts working in clinics in the United States have said that there is always a special sweet treat at the end of a dog’s life.
And it is a delicacy that animals are normally banned from eating because it can make them very poor.
Dr. Nicole Namie, who works at Smiths Station Animal Hospital in Alabama, posted a photo of Hershey’s Kisses on Facebook.
A small chocolate popular in the United States is placed in a jar with the words “Goodbye Kiss” on the front.
The caption for Dr. Namie is as follows: “This jar is reserved for euthanasia appointments … because dogs shouldn’t go to heaven without tasting chocolate... “
Since then, this post has been shared thousands of times by animal lovers around the world.
Many said they shed tears with gestures.
Dr. Namie told the website WFXR:
“My staff always hid specially small candy bars and candy bars for those promises.
“Usually these are treats I don’t recommend giving to patients, but I think it’s important to offer them something special in their last moments.
“This isn’t the service the client expects or expects, but it seems to be really grateful.
“They seem relieved to know that their pets are full and lovingly go to heaven.”
Pet owners share their story of putting their beloved animals in the mailbox.

One man wrote: “I have a lot of dogs in 67 years.
“When I know it’s time, I’ll make a panque. All-you-can-eat.
“I chop them up and feed them like their royalty. I hope they are waiting for me.”
Another person wrote: “I just helped my boy cross the bridge.
“We gave him a lot of chocolate just before. He was very happy.”
If the weather is nice, the practice staff also prepared an outdoor picnic.
“They are a family”
Dr. Namie said: “Our clients and patients are like families.
“So when we lose a patient, we keep it in mind as if we lost our patient.
“We recognize that they are saying goodbye to family members. In some cases, they are family members more than 10 years ago.
“It’s a pet that their children grew up with, and they made 10 years of memories.
“Choosing to euthanize your pet is an incredibly vulnerable time.
“Often it’s the first time children have had to say goodbye to their loved ones.”
