Great video footage shows that a giant Odyssey of the Sea cruise ship is being pulled into the sea very carefully from the shipyard where she was built.

A fascinating “carrying” video begins at the Meyer Werft Shipyard in Papenburg, Germany, and records a Royal Caribbean Quantum-class cruise ship heading for the North Sea along the Ems.

The Odyssey of the Sea is Royal Caribbean’s fifth Quantum-class vessel. Guests can roam 16 decks. Eight of them have private rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. The ship can accommodate 5,498 guests and has a crew of 1,550 internationally.

During the voyage, the ship crosses the Autobahn or the Emstunnel, which is part of the highway.

She will sail the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale, Florida until April 2022. From May to October 2022, Odyssey will go to the Mediterranean Sea and sail from Rome to Greece and Turkey.
