Take a look at some of our favorite things below.
1. Easter Easter Egg Exhibitions
Guests can visit certain Walt Disney World resorts to see amazing Easter egg displays created by some of Disney’s incredibly talented pastry chefs. Each egg features some of Disney’s most popular characters, including Ariel, Orange Bird, 101 Dalmatians, Stich and Isabela and Mirabel from the popular movie “Charm”.
Some of the eggs we found at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa were in the shape of Cinderella’s cart (with a 50th anniversary license plate) and the EPCOT spacecraft.
According to Disney, each egg is made of chocolate and is decorated with edible products such as molded chocolate, fondant, floral sugar, royal icing, cocoa butter, and sculpted pieces of sugar. Some eggs can weigh up to 100 pounds.
We found some egg displays at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, as well as at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort.
2. Delicious Easter desserts
Nothing says Easter without a chocolate bunny, jelly beans or holiday Carrot Blondie Pop. You can find it all over Walt Disney World. The pastry chefs prepare fun and decorative desserts for families to enjoy as we approach Easter.
Here are some of the things we find in some of the menus:
Contempo Café at Disney’s Contemporary Resort: Assorted Easter Macaroni, Easter Bunny Cupcake, Easter Chocolate Bar, and Easter Sugar Cookie Sandwich.
Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney Grand Floridian Resort and Spa: Bunny Blondie pop, Spring Bird’s Nest Donut and Peanut Butter Bunny Cookie.

Many items can be purchased by mobile order in the My Disney Experience app for a limited time.
3. Egg-Stravaganza Easter egg hunt
Families with younger children visiting EPCOT not only have the Spike the Bee: Pollen-Nation Exploration Scavenger Hunt to experiment with, but there is also a fun Easter treasure hunt. For $ 9.99, guests can search the World Showcase for giant eggs that have the theme of popular characters including Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy. Families can buy a map and look for eggs.
Once all the Easter eggs are found, families can return the map for a prize: a collector’s cup.
2022 Egg-Stravaganza Easter Egg Hunt maps can be purchased at the EPCOT Design Store, Pin Traders, and Gateway Gifts. Rescues are valid until April 30.
4. Beautiful spring displays at EPCOT
If you’re looking for a slower pace and just want to enjoy the sights and sounds of spring, head to EPCOT. The theme park is currently celebrating spring during its EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival.
The festival, which runs through July 4, features dozens of colorful gardens, character topiaries, butterfly gardens, merchandise and live entertainment.
Did we mention the food that is available?
While you’re out there, be sure to take a photo with one of Disney’s special magic photos celebrating the festival. On Wednesday, Disney said it is introducing five new magic shots for the park, including Orange Bird, Spike the Bee, Charming Isabela, and even one that is a magic shot with pixie powder.
